KAARO KARUNGI | SHEEMA – Traders and occupants of Kabwohe town in Sheema Municipality have been tossed into stun after a presumed hoodlum was shocked attempting to break into a welding store.
As indicated by Sheema Central Police OC-CID ASP Akong Bibian, the deceased just distinguished as Chameleone, an easygoing worker in the Municipality and an occupant of Ntungamo District passed on Wednesday night in a speculated welding store break in.
Tom Ssimbwa the head supervisor at SK metal works where Chameleone was shocked from told our correspondent they discovered their store parted from behind and this hasn’t been the principal break in.
Ssimbwa narrates that by the time Chameleone met his death, he had started lifting some metals and putting them outside the store a proof that he was a thief.
Some of Chameleone’s friends including Brian Ayesigye told this reporter that they last saw their 17 year old friend the previous night at around 8Pm before he was electrocuted.
Asked if he knew the deceased’s home place, Ayesigye noted that for the four he has known Chameleone, he has never told him about the name of his village nor sub county.
Samuel Akankwasa among other youths who saw what happened to their friend Chameleone promised to use their hands so that they can earn a living never to die in such a shameful manner.
By press time, police had taken the body to Kabwohe Health center IV for a postmortem examination and tracing for his relatives.
