The decease has been identified as Ben Besigensi a resident of Rwarugambwa cell in Kibuzigye, Hamuhambo Towncouncil in Rubanda district.
According to Aggrey Bandebaho, the Hamuhambo sub-county LC3 Chairman, Besigensi met his death at around 7pm on Sunday evening, as he returned home from Karukara in Hamurwa subcounty, where he had gone to check on his Irish Potato garden.
Bandebaho says, residents found the deceased in a nearby farm in Hakirwa struggling for his life, and rushed him to Kabale regional Hospital where he died on arrival.
