KAARO KARUNGI | KANUNGU – The Bishop of the Diocese Kinkizi Bishop John Wilson Ntegereize has gone to be with the Lord.
Rev Kanyankore officially announced this sad news on his official social media accounts. It’s a somber mood in Kinkizi diocese in particular and Kanungu as a whole.
Bishop Ntegyereize will be remembered for starting the Diocese of Kinkizi in 1995 from a scratch to one of the self sustaining dioceses in Uganda with several projects in health education , water and sanitation, Batwa development environment and capital projects.
It should be remembered that the deceased had a medical attention from India about two years back after Kinkizi Diocese Bishop Dan Zoreka contacted Kinkizi Christians led by Rt Hon Amama Mbabazi together with others who mobilized the medical bills for the Emeritus Bishop in India.
On return, the late Bishop was invited for a thanks giving at St Stephens Kitara COU in Kampala where Rt. Hon. Amama Mbabazi organized Dinner for all the Christians who had turned up for the thanks giving service.
it is said the life of Bishop John Wilson Ntegereize has not been that fine until he has gone to be with the Lord.
May his soul rest in Eternal Peace.
