Bobi Wine Condemns Kidnappings and Forced Disappearances, Accuses UPDF of Panic

Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu Alias Bobi Wine, The Principal of the opposition National Unity Platform party, has challenged the UPDF spokesman Brig. General Felix Kulayigye to arrest him now because he has “credible evidence” that he (Bobi) ordered the torture of Boda Boda the fer Eric Mwesigwa.
