The president of the National Unity Platform(NUP), Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu aka Bobi Wine has sent his polite words to the ruling NRM government led by 78 years old Yoweri Kaguta Museveni who has ruled the country for over 36 years and seems to do anything possible to keep himself in the power despite the fact that people are looking for change on power.

Bobi Wine through his poetic advice told the NRM government that they’re not in a contest between those who support the NRM versus those who support the Opposition but it’s the contest between the majority of Ugandans versus the small group of people who believe that the country belongs to them.

” It’s not a contest between those who support NRM versus those who support the ‘ Opposition’. That false narrative is driven by the dictator Museveni system. NO. It is the majority of Ugandans versus a small clique of armed people who believe that the country belongs to them as of right, ” Bobi Wine said.

He further said that it’s also a contest between those who believe in democracy versus those who believe in divine right. The contest between those who believe in the rule of law versus those who believe in the rule of gun.

” It is a contest between those who believe in democracy and those who believe in ‘ divine right. Those who believe in the rule of law versus those who believe in the rule of the gun. Those who believe in human dignity versus those who believe in abductions, torture and murder, ” he added.
Bobi further told the NRM government that this is a contest between the oppressed and their oppressors, summarizes all in just one statement where he said that it’s a contest between what is right, fair and just versus the evil and immoral.

” It is a contest between the oppressed and their oppressors. In short, it is a contest between what is right, fair and just on one hand, and what is evil and immoral on the other hand. No one should feel conscripted to support evil, regardless of what you do or where you belong, ” he bitterly said.
