KAARO KARUNGI | NEWS – Child rights activists have invited the death of the Anti-human Sacrifice Bill and are trusting that the President consents to it soon.
Addressing Kaaro Karungi, the chief Director of Uganda Child Rights NGO Network, Damon Wamara says the bill is a positive development at ensuring the prosperity of youngsters and fortifying the public plan of finishing all types of savagery against kids.
As indicated by Wamara, condemning human penance will help lessen kid penance cases since the wrongdoing is currently more characterized with clear punishments.
He adds that the piece of enactment gives a chance and road to equity for casualties of human penance.
Figures from the organization show that more than 300 instances of youngsters killed in such a way have been accounted for every year throughout the long term.
