KAARO KARUNGI | KISORO – The Police in Kisoro District have in confinement a man on doubt of slaughtering a man whom he blame for laying down with his significant other.
The perished is Mubangizi Alex an occupant of Chogo town, Kagunga Parish, Bukimbiri sub County in Kisoro District.
Bernard Kato the Nyakalembe town Chairperson told the press that he got a call on Saturday morning at around1AM from Owen Habasa advising him of how he killed Mubangizi.
Habasa told the Chairperson that he slaughtered Mubangizi whom he discovered in the act having intercourse with his better half Justin Owobulenzi.
Data got by this columnist demonstrates that Habasa who has been working in masaka returned a few days subsequent to getting a tip off that the perished was laying down with his better half in his nonattendance.
