On Friday, 16,797 students graduated from the presidential initiative for skilling the youth. President Yoweri Museveni led the event at Kololo Independence Grounds in Kampala, accompanied by First Lady and Minister of Education and Sports, Janet Museveni.
This marked the fourth graduation ceremony for youth who completed various skill programs. Graduates received certificates in fields such as motor mechanics, shoemaking, construction, weaving, embroidery, plumbing, electric installation, bakery, confectionery, hairdressing, and makeup.
