In 2021, Netflix introduced a free access plan for users in Kenya, providing a limited selection of content without requiring a subscription. This initiative aimed to tap into Kenya’s growing streaming market.






Netflix has announced that the free plan will be discontinued, and users will have their memberships automatically canceled when the free service ends. The company encourages its subscribers to consider upgrading to one of its premium plans.
