KAARO KARUNGI | KAMPALA – Kampala International university is hosting her 23rd graduation ceremony, the graduation is set to be held Virtually on Urban Television and KIU Youtube Channel.
All the graduands are expected to join the event via electronic means that is through KIU official Facebook page, KIU YouTube Channel (KIUdigitalMedia) and also via Urban TV.
Meanwhile Lira graduates are to celebrate their graduation at Pauline Hotel.

Today we are graduating 3,521, out of which 61% (2,135) are males and 39% (1,386) are females. 47% (1,672) will be receiving science-based awards.
This is an increase of 4% compared to the August 2020graduands. 53% (1,849) awards will be in Arts, Humanities, Business, Education, and Law.
171 are Postgraduates, including 3 PhDs. Overall, the Western Campus has contributed 54%of the graduates, which may partly explain the jump in the percentage of science graduates.
