On October 8, Sue Ochola organized a special brunch to celebrate Uganda’s Independence Day at Latitude 0 Degrees Hotel in Makindye, Uganda.
The event was filled with entertainment, including performances by the Ubuntu Cultural Troupe and Angel and The Band.
Sue Ochola’s main aim was to show appreciation for the strength and independence of women in Uganda.
The brunch was fancy, with many different food stations offering delicious dishes from all over Uganda. This highlighted the diverse and rich Ugandan cuisine.
During the event, Sue Ochola also introduced her new clothing line, the Uganda Resort Line. This line featured swimsuits and kaftans inspired by Ugandan culture and the majestic crested crane, which is on the nation’s emblem.
The launch of the clothing line was a spectacular show, with Atlas Da African giving an exciting performance.
Many socialites, celebrities, media personalities, and friends of Sue Ochola attended the event. It was a time for people to reconnect, share laughter, and feel proud of Uganda’s heritage.
