KAARO KARUNGI | MBARARA – A History Teacher at Mbarara high school is under detention due to examination multi practice.
Alex Karungi a history teacher at Mbarara high school is alleged that he picked a copy of an examination paper and circulated it to his colleagues via WhatsApp as the paper was still going on.
According to UNEB and examination guidelines, no exam official is allowed to posses any electronic material near or within the examination room.

Alex who has been working as a chief invigilator at one of the secondary schools around Mbarara is still held at Mbarara Central Police waiting for transfer to Kampala.
