In a recent address at Uganda Technical College in Lira, Deputy Commissioner for Youth Affairs, Mubarak Magomu, urged youth leaders to develop a culture of working for the betterment of their country while avoiding unethical behavior.
Magomu’s message was directed towards a group of youth leaders currently undergoing training in various institutions across the country, totaling over 4,000 individuals.
This training program aims to nurture future human resources with a strong emphasis on combating corruption.
